Brothers Paul and Anthony Mancini have always been driven by the pursuit of perfection. Whether on the sporting field or in the professional arena, their drive to succeed has been a constant, pushing them to learn and excel. Mancini Made was born seven years ago out of the brothers’ passion for custom design, precision crafting and building efficiency. “We have spent seven years crafting a strong reputation in the building industry and developing trust within the community,” says Anthony. “We pride ourselves on providing clients with the entire design and construction package, resulting in the delivery of a high-end final product.”
Anthony, who has a professional background in construction, runs the construction side of the business, whilst Paul’s background in architecture and construction made him the natural choice to lead project delivery, new business and the design and build service. Together, the brothers have built Mancini Made into the company it is today, with a strong portfolio of over 100 completed projects.
Mancini Made is based in the inner-western Melbourne suburb of Yarraville, a locality that supported Paul and Anthony in the early stages of the business. “We were able to use our Yarraville address to begin working relationships with a number of high-quality tradespeople,” explains Anthony. “We are proud of our background and the in particular the reputation with have built within our local community.”
Mancini Made currently has four highly skilled project teams working simultaneously on unique builds across Melbourne. A determination to set the bench mark in high-end residential projects has led Mancini Made to collaborate with some of Australia’s leading architects including the likes of B.E Architecture, Fieldwork Architects and Cera Stribley Architects. “Whilst the nature of our design and build company provides a full service product to our clients, we still want to collaborate with the best Melbourne architects,” states Paul. “We believe strongly that the best architects will ensure the highest quality finishes and are always open to new collaborative opportunities.”
In the highly-competitive design and construction industry it is often the smaller details that make the biggest difference. Paul and Anthony made a conscious decision early in the development of Mancini Made that branding would play a significant role in the success of the company. “Everything has to be excellent,” proclaims Anthony. “When first starting Mancini Made, we had a vision of creating our own brand and forging our own future. Everything we do is therefore a reflection of that brand, so as a result we are always trying to improve ourselves through our next project.” Paul elaborates on this point, “We wouldn’t be in the position we are today without the support of our staff. Thanks must go to the entire Mancini Made team for everything we have achieved over the past seven years.”
This central focus on improvement has meant that Mancini Made has been able to adapt to the not always stable Australian housing market. Despite already achieving an enviable reputation within the Australian design and construction industry Paul and Anthony are not content with resting on their laurels. “After seven years we are under no illusions that we are still growing,” states Anthony. “We recently set several goals in relation to where we are and where we want to be. We view the next five years as some of the most exciting in the history of Mancini Made.”
Determined to work hard, Paul and Anthony are building towards larger projects with bigger budgets, whilst at the same time maintaining their integrity and reputation for quality work through a variety of unique large and small projects. A distinctive sense of pride shines through with every project Mancini Made completes. “We built this company from the ground up,” says Anthony. “We built it in our own image and we built it correctly. Today we are in a position of demand but our goals are constantly changing. We aim to consistently better ourselves until we can confidently claim the title of Mancini Made – best builder in Melbourne.”
